We handle accident damage and cashless insurance claims here, and this premises has its own paint booth. Which bay does a given repair is decided case by case on workload and parts availability, so you get the car back as early as possible. Grand Automotive, our dedicated bodyshop division, is at Panvel — and a dedicated setup for Dombivli is on the way.
We are a repairer, not an insurance intermediary. Cover, excess and approval are your insurer's decision, not ours. Sixteen insurers have rated us a preferred workshop and we deal with others too, but preferred status can change, so we confirm yours before work starts.

What people ask before booking.
Do you service my brand?
Yes. We are a multi-brand workshop, so hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs and premium cars are all handled here. If a job genuinely needs a manufacturer-only tool or software, we will tell you that rather than attempt it and hope.
My AC is not cooling. Is it just a gas top-up?
Often it is not. A system that has lost gas has usually lost it through a leak, and refilling without finding the leak means you are back in a few months. We check for the leak first and tell you what the real fix costs before doing either.
Will you show me the parts you replaced?
Yes. Anything we take off your car is kept aside for you to inspect, and on a normal paid repair it goes home with you if you want it. On an insurance claim the insurer may require the old parts to be retained as salvage, and we will tell you when that applies rather than let you find out later.
Can I get ceramic coating or PPF here?
Yes. Dombivli does the full detailing range — ceramic and graphene coating, self-healing PPF, paint correction and interior detailing — alongside the mechanical work. Both our studios do both. Come to whichever is closer to you.

Will servicing here affect my car's warranty?
Check your warranty booklet and we will read it with you. The Competition Commission of India has held that a manufacturer cannot cancel your entire warranty simply because you used an independent workshop, but conditions about parts and scheduled maintenance still apply and vary by manufacturer. If your car is young enough that the dealer is genuinely the better place for a particular job, we will tell you that rather than take the work.
Do you use genuine parts?
Genuine or OE-equivalent, and we tell you which before we fit it. Where there is a meaningful price difference we quote both and let you choose. Anything we replace is kept aside for you to inspect, so you can see exactly what came off your car.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes, and we will be straight with you about what that means. We will fit parts you supply, but the warranty on that part stays between you and wherever you bought it — we cannot stand behind a component we did not source. Labour is quoted the same either way. If we think the part is wrong for your car, or not safe for the job, we will tell you before fitting it rather than after.
Do you give a bill with GST?
Yes. All About Automotives is a registered business under GSTIN 27ASOPJ8038K1Z4 and you get a proper tax invoice for work done.
